Gloria García is a 58-year-old divorcée who is still young at heart. Her grown son and daughter have their own lives, yet she tries to make the best out of her situation by going to nightclubs and looking for love. One day, she meets Rodolfo Hernández, seven years her senior, who, like her, is seeking companionship, but he cannot give up his other relationships. Gloria's new relationship vacillates between hope and despair, that is until she realizes that her "golden years" are yet to come and takes this opportunity to find herself as an independent woman.
