本片改编自 20 世纪 70 年代被称作“Bordellhärvan”的瑞典政治丑闻，多位有头有脸的政治人物涉入一起雏妓卖淫事件中。电影讲述了两个年轻女孩被卷入卖淫集团的故事，这个卖淫组织属于一位著名的女士，客户则是有钱有势的男人。电影描绘了年轻女孩在生活中的无助以及面对男性精英政治家的无力。

Call Girl is a fictionalised version of events based on the so-called Bordellhärvan political scandal in 1970s Sweden, which linked several prominent politicians to a prostitution ring that included underage girls. The film follows two young girls as they are sucked into the prostitution ring, which is operated by a Madam who is well-known to the authorities, and whose clients are rich and powerful men. This film portrays the weak grasp young girls have over their own life, and the lack of power they have when compared to elite male politicians.
