SYNOPSIS

"50/50: The Documentary" takes a proactive approach to solving the gender gap by focusing on concrete solutions. This movie features both women and men offering a fresh perspective on unconscious bias, quotas, as well as equal representation in the workplace, politics, law, business and balanced family dynamics. Directed and produced by Tanya Lapointe and Laurence Trépanier, this 52-minute documentary premiered nation-wide on Canadian television on December 5th 2018.
