Synopsis
Set in 1990s China, it’s about a young girl who lives with her single mom and rebellious sister. She dutifully attends school where all the dogma is hammered daily. A new teacher comes to school, however, a young guy who suggests other possibilities, other ways of learning.
Director Biography
Graduated with a business degree and tons of experience unrelated to film, Yinuo decided to go back to her dream from high school and applied for film schools. After admitted to Columbia University, she moved to New York and started her bilingual screenwriting.
